Our company owner, Dave Torres Sr., spent many years managing fine-dining restaurants. His uncle, Louis Martinez, spent time cleaning and working in the foundry and janitorial industries. They both shared a passion for having a clean home. After many years of dedication to their different fields, they explored the idea of having a business of their own. In 1986 they decided to start their own cleaning service. They began passing out flyers and doing anything possible to generate work. The business gained a reputation for providing superior housekeeping service throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding counties. In 1989, they purchased the L.L.C. for T&M Cleaning Services. In 1995, Dave Torres Sr. bought out Louis’s half of the company.
Our company continues to grow. We installed an entire cleaning facility in our West Allis headquarters; each employee is trained and knowledgeable in our exclusive, efficient cleaning method. We provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services to residential homes and businesses at affordable prices. Over the last 25 years, we integrated hard work and integrity to make T&M Cleaning Services Inc. a successful business for our family and yours.
